How do I book a photoshoot with Cactus Lens Captures?

What is required to confirm my booking?
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the photoshoot.

Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit serves as a commitment fee and is non-refundable once we are within 48 hours of the scheduled photoshoot.

What happens if I need to make changes or cancel within 48 hours of the photoshoot?
Any changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the photoshoot will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

How long does it take to receive edited photos?
Our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days. Please note that specific packages may have extended delivery dates, but we offer expedited services for an additional fee. If you have urgent requests or specific timelines, feel free to let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I choose the location for my photoshoot?
Yes! We want your experience to be as personal as possible. You can select a location that holds significance to you or rely on our recommendations for stunning backdrops.

Do you have a studio available for photoshoots?
We don't have an in-house studio, but we provide a curated list of local studios for you to choose from. You can either select one from our recommendations or pick a studio of your preference. Please note that you'll need to schedule and pay for the studio separately. Be sure to check the availability and align the schedule with ours using the provided link during your booking process

Are additional edits available beyond the package limit?
